Ozempic Baes
Let me start by saying “allegedly,” although I haven’t made a blatant claim that rap sex symbols like Ice Spice and Meg, Thee Stallion are on Ozempic.
So What?
Now that you’re aware of what Ozempic is you can continue reading this piece knowing that IF the two stars photo’d above or anyone else has taken the weight loss aid, I don’t care and neither should you. More on why you shouldn’t care in a few, but these two (Spice and Stallion) do not have to disclose that information to the public. That’s between them and their primary care physician, and they have the right not to disclose that information. That’s not just Ernie’s Law, that’s HIPAA Law.
You might agree with me that a number of the celebrities who people allege are on Ozempic or some other magic pill, shot or elixer looked good before their body “transformation.” Meg, Thee Stallion was a hottie before the “new” body-ody-ody and still is. Ice spice still looks nice. What? You were expecting me to use one of her lyrics to describe her smaller frame? I don’t listen to that young woman, so I settled for something short and sweet, like a munchkin. Laz Alonso was a a fellow burley brother, and his new look got Reddit forums speculating he’s on that “Zempic.”
However we may feel, it doesn’t matter because all that matters is how these individuals and others feel about themselves. People go through body recompositions because there was something they wanted to change. Simple. We get so wrapped up in our thoughts and feelings about others we forget that our emotions and thoughts about them truly do not matter at all. Self-esteem/self-image come from, you guessed it, self.
Have you ever been complimented (or gawked at) for a physical feature(s) and thought “do those people really like me or do they like my? [insert physical feature].” How about not finding yourself attractive but everybody wants to fuck? Yeah, I could’ve worded that better, but you know I’m right. Put yourself in their shoes, disregarding the money and fame. Think about how they might have experienced some of those same emotions we just touched on. If you can identify moments of insecurity when it comes to your physical looks, then you should understand that your alleged Ozempic bae probably have or had the same struggle.
“They’re Spreading the Wrong Message.”
Again, we do not know for sure if they are on Ozempic, so you can’t rightfully accuse them of promoting the drug uneless we hear it from the Stallion’s mouth. I’m not saying this just to protect my gluten free glutes, I’m saying this to protect your Ozempic free patootie, too. Not only from legal troubles but most importantly, from mental anguish. If these celebrities are on what many believe they are on, them “inadvertently” pushing this “FDA approved” magic bean should not sway you in any way. Do your own research. speak to your own physician, make your own decisions. Celebrity worship is the real issue here, not what a celebrity decides to do with their body, mind and money.
