Niggas Selling ‘Nigga.’

Let me rap to you buster clown fools real quick. Rappers aren’t selling you the n-word they are selling music. Saying stupid shit like "if UALl ddNt WANt odda peepo tew say d n word den downt pUt it iN yA MusicK" is a statement exposing your anti-blackness. Rappers tell stories, explore themes and share experiences whenever they are making music. As a creator I can tell you "expression" is the number one value that comes mind whenever I am creating. When I express myself in the manner that I do I am NOT thinking about who is going to see what and how they’ll perceive it.
If Ernest, the Creator’s first step in creating is self-expression what makes you think that isn’t the first step in creating for Tyler, the Creator and other rappers who’ve used the word 'nigga' in their music? I am not a rapper, but I can almost 100% guarantee that rappers who say 'nigga' in their songs ARE NOT saying it to sell records. So dead that "don’t sell the word in your music" and just skip over the word because it’s not going to kill you but you might get yourself hurt saying nigga around some niggas who don’t take kindly to non-black folks using the n-word. Nobody is selling "nigga" and if rappers were, then those niggas need to have a sense of pride in because niggas are worth more than the $10.00 per album or 99cents per song download on any music streaming service.

I’m a retired "N-Word" Police Officer. N-Word police are people who feel the need to "correct" everyone who says 'nigga' if they aren’t black. Long story short it got mentally draining and time consuming constantly bickering back and forth with idiots on why their non-black asses can’t say the n-word. Me being a retired N-Word police officer does not mean I am in favor of all non-black folks using it whether in a song or not. Actual police officers don’t start to be okay with crime once they’ve decided not to enforce the law anymore (I’m assuming). My retirement just means that I will no longer waste time and energy getting mad at non-black folks for saying 'nigga' but I will NOT come to your defense if my fellow brothers and sisters in black come for your ass. Cops have #BlueLivesMatter and we have #BlackLivesMatter. Cops have the "Blue wall of silence" and we have the "Black wall of silence." If you know, you know.
